Earlier today I finished reading A Game Of Thrones and now I just started the first episode of the tv show and I’m starting to think this was a bad idea. To watch the show with the book still so fresh in my mind. But its not my fault they fucked up the prologue. I understand some things have to be changed but I dont understand when things are needlessly changed. They made the prologue more complicated and blew their wad right up front. The mystery and dread of in the book is pretty simply and it leaves you guessing what happened till more than half way in. But they just showed it all up front! ugh do I have to do everything?
