Merry Christmas
My sister and I went out to get coffee and breakfast for everyone while they were still asleep around 630. Drove all over for a half hour and appearntly every place was closed. Go figure.
Found a small place 2 mins from my house with delicious fresh doughnuts though.
WatchYesterday I was a little bored and realized that I have been neglecting the hd video capabilities of my camera. So I just shot real short clips as I had very little space on my memory card. Anyways I shot them very quickly and edited it together ever quicker. I forgot to edit it in HD though but whatever.

Watchjust a test video of the select focus. Its not great but you can see how the focus changes as i tilt the lens up and down left to right.
I really hate when I go to flickr and search for something for reference and the results are just cluttered with photoshop versions. I am building a tilt-shift lens and all I can find when I search flickr are fake photoshoped images. really annoying.
Christmas Gifts
This year for gifts I bought a SlapChop (for my brother) and a Snuggie( for a general grab). Next year I think I might only buy people gifts that have infomercials because basically I find it very funny to give such a stupid gift.
And isn’t that what the Christmas spirit is really all about? My own personal amusement?

So I guess I am a little late on this somehow but there is a Cap n ‘Jazz reunion?
“Owls” is sort of reforming under the name Motel Smell?
I dont care too much about some reunion shows but more Owls-eqsue stuff would me wonderful, it one of my favorite records.
